Hi, I’m Lana! I’m a hairstylist specializing in feathery layer cuts, and custom dimensional color based in San Mateo, CA. I work in a salon called Stellar Luna. My goal is to make my clients feel content in their own image, and be able to customize their avatar with my help! CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give me at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation, any cancellation within 24 hours will be subject to a 20% fee in order to book again. A no-show will result in a 50% fee in order to book again. If it is within 24 hours you will not be able to cancel online, so please text me. I also have a 9 minute late policy where if you are 9 minutes late or more your appointment it might be cancelled.
